The paper should be written in Times New Roman 12 punt, justified, single space with no indent and titles and subtitles numbered. Only the paper’s title should be written in Times New Roman 13 punt and bold. Following the paper’s title, names of author (s) their institutions and e-mails should be written center shifted. Keywords should be included under the authors’ names. Other titles should be aligned at left margin, bold and 12 punt in Times New Roman. For references please use Harvard Style in the body.

References in the body text should be given in brackets with the name of author, date of his/her paper and page number. For example; Some studies (Atasoy, 1995:226; Brown, 1978:15; Demir, 1985:12; Tailor and Smith, 1967:452) discuss about NGOs…
For direct quotation please always use quotation marks followed by reference. Giddens defines migration trends towards EU as “to most significant policy issue of many European Countries is immigration from non-member EU countries to EU member countries” (Giddens, 2005:273)
Papers with more than two authors should be cited by giving the first author’s surname and using et. al. abbreviation. For example (Greenwood et al., 2011:15).
All cited papers in the body text must be written under the REFERENCES title at the end of the paper as follows.
